1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of bestiptv-uk.store and the IPTV subscription service provided by Best IPTV UK (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Best IPTV UK provides access to an IPTV service that delivers television and on-demand content over the internet to compatible player apps and devices. We provide the service and your login; player apps are made by independent third parties, and their availability and pricing are outside our control.

Channel line-ups, on-demand titles, video quality (including 4K) and features such as catch-up vary and may change over time. Picture quality and reliability also depend on your device, app, home network and internet connection, which are outside our control.

3. Plans and payment

• Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Plans do not renew automatically, and we will not charge you again unless you choose to buy another plan.
• Your access ends at the end of the period you paid for. You may buy a new plan at any time to continue.

4. Free trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, on request, to help you test the service. We may decline or limit trial requests, for example to prevent repeated trials. There is no obligation to buy a plan after a trial.

5. Your account

• Your login is for your personal, household use.
• Keep your login details private. Do not resell, publish or share them beyond the number of connections agreed for your account.
• We may suspend or end access if an account is shared publicly, resold or used in a way that breaches these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for using the service in accordance with the laws of the country you are in, including laws on copyright and the licensing of content. You must not use the service to record, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly display content, or for any unlawful purpose. See our legal disclaimer for more information.

7. Refunds

Every plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, as described in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but like any internet service it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or the availability of any particular channel or title.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by third-party apps, devices or internet connections. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
