How to set up IPTV on a MAG box
MAG boxes connect through a portal linked to the box's MAC address, so support sets up your account first.
Step-by-step installation

Send us your MAC address
Find the MAC address on the sticker underneath the box (it starts 00:1A:79) and include it when you order or request a trial.

Receive your portal address
Support links your account to the MAC address and sends you a portal URL.

Enter the portal
On the box, go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals. Enter a portal name and the portal URL we sent, then save.

Restart the box
Reboot the MAG box. The portal loads with your channels and guide.
Common problems
The portal doesn't load
Check the portal URL was entered exactly, then reboot the box. If it still fails, confirm with support that your MAC address is linked.
Channels load but the guide is empty
Leave the box on for a few minutes so the guide can download, then reopen the portal.
